All orders shipped to Italy are delivered via BRT and require a signature upon delivery.
Once the shipment has been made, it will no longer be possible to change the destination address.
The standard shipping costs for Italy are 6€ (except for clearly indicated promotional periods)
Once the order has been processed, the shipping times* are as follows:
- Italy: 1-2 Working days
- Europe: 2-3 Business Days
*The shipping times must be added to the order fulfillment times, the times indicated refer to shipments in the main cities.
Delivery of the Order
Upon delivery of the package, Customers are requested to inspect it carefully before confirming with their signature the successful delivery of the order. The following cases can occur:
- Upon delivery, the package appears evidently tampered with: customers are advised to sign for the delivery with reserve or to refuse it.
- The Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests that it be returned to the sender: any forwarding costs charged to Ldm s.r.l. will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
- It is not possible to deliver the shipment to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract: the package could be returned to the sender. All return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer and will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
