Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, it is possible to return the item, unworn and unused, to request a refund or an exchange. The terms and conditions are as follows.
Conditions return
Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which they were originally shipped: not worn, washed or altered. They must also be returned equipped with any original accessories, including the authenticity label and must not be cut or broken. Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the Customer at his expense.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which forms an integral part of the product.
It is possible to return the items only from country where the delivery was made.
Return procedure
To request return authorization, you must send an email to customercare@luisadimauro.it within 14 working days from the order delivery date.
Indicate for each field the reason for the return and the method of compensation chosen. The available options are: refund, size exchange, color exchange or article exchange.
The Customer will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days.
At this point, the Customer il can decide to ship with any system it deems simpler (the return of the return is free if the goods are returned directly to one of our stores).
The return to the warehouse must take place within 10 working days from the date of authorization. Within 3 working days of receiving the goods Luisa Dimauro will send an email confirming acceptance.
Luisa Dimauro reserves the right to inspect the returned footwear and accessories and, if the return does not meet the conditions, to send it back with expenses and charges paid by the buyer.
The acceptance e-mail will indicate the compensation methods, depending on the chosen option, as specified below.
Refunds
Where a simple refund is requested, this will only concern the purchase price of the item and not any shipping costs.
Luisa Dimauro will make every effort to carry out the refund immediately, in any case within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the return: the effective visibility date of the credit may vary due to factors beyond the responsibility of Luisa Dimauro. The re-credit will be made on the same credit card or on the same current account or PayPal account used by the Customer for the payment.
Defective Goods
Products are considered defective received already damaged or showing lack of conformity. Luisa Dimauro reserves the right to refuse unauthorized defective returns.
